More About Me


As an owner of four investment properties, I am very familiar with purchasing a home in this competitive market, including using creativity during multiple offer situations. Additionally; each property required an eye for visualizing future potential and encompassed various levels of renovation. I am a "do it yourself" kind of person so I speak from personal experience. It's rewarding to be able to provide Buyers or Sellers insight, ideas and the necessary resources to complete the project. From owning a business to managing multi-million dollar operating and capital budgets for a large healthcare organization, I have become quite savvy in negotiations saving substantial amounts of money on each transaction. Buying or selling a home can be quite daunting, especially when clients think about the act of negotiating offers. I love this part of the job and will take on this role for clients while maintaining them as primary decision maker(s).


During the process of buying or selling a home there are many professional services that come into play. My clients should be assured that whether they need a contact for financing or a general contractor to ready their home for market I have an array of resources at my fingertips. 


My family participates in numerous indoor and outdoor sports. When the snow starts falling you'll find us nestled away in the Stevens Pass Ski Resort RV lot. We love to snowboard and hike in the backcountry. When we're in town we play indoor volleyball and as the weather begins to warm we hit the softball fields and enjoy doing some wakeboarding as well. We're very adventurous souls and are looking forward to watching our two sons take an interest in all of these activities with us.
